This tour starts with Arusha National Park, ideal for a guided walking safari on Mount Meru to stretch those legs after your long haul flight and a game drive to warm up your Tanzania safari.
Then we begin to move northward along the Maasai steppe to Tarangire National Park where you will witness the big herds of elephant wallowing and having fun in the mud in the Tarangire River and Silale Swamp.
Experience a cultural tour, walking into the village and cycling activities at Mto wa mbu village near the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Have one last cultural experience by visiting click speakers and hunter-gatherers, the Hadzabe Bushmen at Lake Eyasi during a wonderful relaxed stay at Lake Eyasi Lodge.
Continue with a wildlife safari heading to Ngorongoro Crater then get ready to move to the endless plains of the Serengeti National Park for the great migration safari after visiting an archaeological Site the Olduvai Gorge Museum.

Karibu Tanzania – welcome to Tanzania. Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport you will meet our representative who will transfer you to Arusha for your overnight at African Tulip Hotel.

After breakfast, drive the short distance to Arusha National Park where you head out on an easy walking safari with an armed park ranger to the bushland and lower slopes of Mount Meru and over to waterfalls.
Enjoy the landscape and stunning views with a different perspective of the wildlife than viewing from the ground level. There are also great chances of finding black and white colobus monkey and, baboon, giraffe, buffalo and more. Leave the park in the late afternoon and return to Arusha.

Rise and shine for an early departure to Tarangire National Park after breakfast with a picnic lunch for a full day game drive.
This is an elephant paradise and home to giant baobab trees. The park has a diverse landscape with nine vegetation zones and is spectacular in the dry season when many of the migratory wildlife species come back to permanent water source of Tarangire River.
Enjoy watching elephants wallowing in the mud in the Tarangire River and Silale Swamp. Tarangire River provides water all the year round, making this park a critical refuge during the dry season for elephants and migratory ungulates, resulting in high densities of wildlife.
Apart from large herds of elephants expect to see giraffe, buffalo, wildebeest, different varieties of antelopes, lion, leopard, cheetah and different colourful bird species.

Wake up in the morning to a chorus or bird calls. After a leisurely breakfast you will start driving to Mto wa Mbu town near the Great Rift Valley for a cultural tour, walking safari and bicycle riding through the agriculture areas to the waterfalls down the Rift Valley escarpment.
After the activities in the mid-afternoon, you will start driving to Lake Eyasi and arrive in the evening and get ready for the next day activities.

Leave early in the morning to visit the Hadzabe Bushmen tribe and, if interested ,accompany them in the bush for hunting.
After the hunting activities you will visit another tribe, the Datoga (Blacksmith) then enjoy a hot lunch at the Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge. In the afternoon you will start to be on your way to Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Time for a new perspective. You will leave early in the morning after breakfast with your picnic lunch ready for a half day crater tour.
The Ngorongoro Crater covers an area of 304 km² which is the world’s largest unbroken and unflooded caldera. There is a large population of ungulates in the crater, including the few black rhino seen in their natural habitat. The crater is home to big population of lions and hyenas and few leopards mostly found on the rim.
After a picnic lunch you start ascending the crater and enjoy your game drive en route to the endless plains of the Serengeti via Oldupai Gorge (optional).

The morning today starts with an early game drive in the central Serengeti (Seronera) to search for the big cats safaris then, in the afternoon, drive to the northern Serengeti for the great migration.
The northern Serengeti circuit safari will deliver you to the moving masses of hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebra. Spend three days with unlimited game drives in both central and northern Serengeti.
If timing and luck are on your side you may see a wildebeest crossing of the Mara River. Witnessing the great migration can be a life-changing experience where millions of wildebeests move from one place to another in search of green pastures.
